Starting April 13, 2025, due to the Local Coverage Determination (LCD) for Cellular and/or Tissue-Based Products (CTP), the above grafts will not be covered for the treatment of Diabetic Foot Ulcers (DFU) and Venous Leg Ulcers (VLU).
