Important Update on LCD for CTP Coverage – Effective April 13, 2025
Starting April 13, 2025, due to the Local Coverage Determination (LCD) for Cellular and/or Tissue-Based Products (CTP), the above grafts will not be covered for the treatment of Diabetic Foot Ulcers (DFU) and Venous Leg Ulcers (VLU). Healthcare providers and organizations should review the updated guidelines to ensure compliance with the new coverage policies.
